The Darley 20 cabins are installed as ‘Garden Sheds’ under the NSW exempt development legislation, which permits the installation of up to 2 garden sheds per property, each with a maximum size of 20m2, without requiring council approval. It’s important to note that Garden Sheds are not intended for residential use and should not be occupied frequently or for extended durations.
