Since 2010, LJM Carpentry & Construction has been an established player in the construction industry. With over 18 years of experience, we have gained recognition for our intelligent, practical, and cost-effective custom-built Tiny Homes. THE TEAM

In 2010, Luke McGurgan founded LJM Carpentry & Construction. Initially specializing in the construction of high-end residential properties, luxury apartment complexes, and renovation projects, our focus shifted in 2017. Drawing upon our 18 years of experience in the construction industry, we directed our expertise towards building top-quality custom Tiny Houses. Since then, we have successfully built and shipped over 120 customized Tiny Homes across Australia. Our factory, located in the Sunshine Coast, caters to the demands of every state in the country.
